GDIT OKTA Login Procedure
1) If you have not already signed up, then go to this website: https://gdit.okta.com/login.
2) Click on the “Register” button and fill in all of the correct information.
3) Enter your username and click “Next”
4) On the next page, enter your password twice and enter a password hint if you want to remember it better.
5) Click “Create Account” when you are done entering all of your information or click on “Login” if you already created an account with GDIT OKTA Login sign-in page.
GDIT OKTA Reset the password Procedure?
If you forget your password, don’t panic. Follow these steps:
Go to https://reset.okta.com/
Click on “Forgot Username or Password” and enter your username (e-mail address) and click Submit. If you forgot your username, please contact GDIT Support Center at 877-487-6782 x15566 for assistance.
After submitting both fields, a verification code will be sent to a valid e-mail account associated with the user’s account in order to complete the password reset process via email submission.
The user will receive an email that contains a link that should be clicked on in order to confirm their identity and initiate the password reset process. Once this is completed, the user should return back to the reset portal and select
Option #2: Reset My Password using a Verification Code sent via Email.
Option #1: Reset My Username using a Verification Code sent via Email.
Enter the verification code in this field and click Submit. If you forgot your username, please contact GDIT Support Center at 877-487-6782 x15566 for assistance. Once the code is submitted, an email will be sent to your e-mail address with a link that allows you to reset your password
If you don’t see the email from GDIT OKTA within a few minutes, make sure to check your spam folder or junk mail folder. If it still doesn’t show up, something might have happened with GDIT OKTA sending system and they need to investigate further on this matter .
After successfully resetting your password, you may now log in with your new password.
To verify that the process is complete, check your email account for a message from GDIT OKTA that was sent after the password has been successfully changed.
